Operations & Training Staff

Tim ___, Founder and Executive Director of The Gray Samaritan. Tim worked in law enforcement for 28 years before founding The Gray Samaritan. Tim is passionate about building teams of men and women who want to protect the vulnerable by training law enforcement and other organizations in their fight against human trafficking.

Chris _____, Director of Training. Chris is a retired SWAT team leader- He also owns a security and protective services company that provides effective security strategies for a wide range of clients.

Support Staff

Lynne, Co-Founder, Director of Logistics. Lynne supports daily operations and Tim and the team by scheduling travel coordination, correspondance, and logistics support. Lynne also works closely with Donor Relations as well as finances. Lynne’s heart for the vulnerable and counter human trafficking work played a central role in TGS’ founding.

Micah Davis, Director of Growth & Development. Micah is focused on donor relations, as well as planning key events and educational outreach opportunities for The Gray Samaritan. Micah has over 20 years of Community Banking Experience, and currently works as a Mortgage Consultant for Fidelis Mortgage Corporation based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Micah believes that community involvement is key to a vibrant and thriving community.

Jordan Ames, Project Consultant. Jordan retired from the US Marine Corps after 21 years of active service. He spent over 15 years in the Security Forces, Infantry, and Special Operations Communities and 12 of those years as a leader, manager, commander, and executive advisor. He has trained, advised, and assisted infantry and special operations forces from six different countries as well as partnering with conventional and special operations forces across NATO countries. He has experience in organizational development; interagency collaboration; and tactical, operational, and strategic planning and execution.
Board of Directors

Ron Sill, President, Board of Directors. Ron provides The Gray Samaritan with organizational leadership based on nearly three decades of corporate experience. He is Vice President of Strategy at RS&H, a national architecture and engineering company, where his responsibilities include overseeing research & development, communications, and strategic partnerships. Ron is a cofounder of the Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra, a non-profit organization which provides music training for young people. Ron is a veteran of the US Navy where he served in locations around the globe.

Ned Davis, Vice President, Board of Directors. Ned brings operational expertise as a career Marine Corps officer, with extensive experience in organizational command, individual and organizational operational training, domestic and international interagency coordination. He has also served as a defense contractor with experience in governmental contracting and acquisition, strategic planning, business development. and operations research. Ned also has 15 years experience as an administrative pastor of a large church with oversight for human resources, legal, facilities, IT and related services and ministry.

Josh Danko, Treasurer, Board of Directors. Josh provides financial oversight to the Organization and is a licensed CPA with experience in public accounting, venture capital, and financial planning & analysis. He has held a variety of roles across the finance and accounting spectrum and has been responsible for the accounting, monitoring, and oversight of a portfolio of approximately 60 investments with a fair value approaching $1 billion. Josh enjoys working with start-up organizations and helping them grow while maintaining sound financial reporting and internal controls.

Courtney Weaver, Secretary, Board of Directors. Courtney is a licensed CPA and brings financial as well as nonprofit experience to the TGS team. Courtney founded a nonprofit organization called Accounting Beyond Borders in 2016 that serves the accounting needs of Christian nonprofit and missionary organizations around the world. She currently serves as the Executive Director and is passionate about empowering Christian missionaries in the field.

Troy Young brings leadership expertise through over 30 years of corporate and public management. He is currently a divisional
loss prevention manager for Autozone with oversight of over 800 stores. Previously, Troy served in law enforcement and was a correctional facility deputy warden. Troy is a speaker, trainer, and
coach for Maxwell Leadership and has served in multiple leadership roles in his church.

Chris Adsit is the founding Optometrist of a multi location private practice and brings nearly 30 years of business leadership and strategic planning to our organization. For many years Chris has served as an elder, deacon and teacher in his church and has travelled to third world countries to provide eye exams and glasses to those in need. He brings to our board a quiet spirit and a praying heart.
